The first phase is Preliminary Design – a feasibility study. With this, the client can understand how the Brief is being interpreted and fulfilled. A critique may adjust this work, and subsequent phases, as the LP work product progresses toward increasing detail. Technical partnership with the yacht builder engineering partners at all stages ensure that the client’s wishes are fulfilled. Design fees are structured on a phase-by-phase basis, as the collaborative effort of the team moves forward.

We invite clients to sit with us, over a set of blueprints, to suggest enhancements or even a significant reshaping of the plans, to suit their unique requirements and tastes.
Computer modelling is a powerful creative and review tool, which promotes clearer analysis of features, dimensions, and adjacencies. With these visualisations, we can refine the elements, how they interact, and manner in which they are accessed.
